Our project department consists of various professionals such as architects, estate and quantity surveyors, builders and interior decorators.

Our working pattern is designed to eliminate as much bureaucracy as possible. Once the business development department passes details of identified properties to us at the project department we will proceed to carry out the initial assessment of it's technical viability and subsequently forward our report back to them. Upon a favorable out come the team will commence into developing a design plan which will be forwarded to the council for approval. Once the plan has been approved or modified, we will proceed into the construction or renovation stage.
